Hi! My name is Jennifer Freeman. I am a licensed professional counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and Maryland. My passion for mental health began in my childhood during visits to a family member frequently hospitalized. Observing the vacant expressions of the patients, I was driven to find better ways to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. I have over ten years of experience, including providing counseling in-home, private practice, military employee assistance, and partial day hospital. My clinical focus encompasses supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate daily stressors, including depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, aging challenges, life transitions, and stress. I have a special interest in working with individuals on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.
